Converted fishing boat - Sold

Recently to houseboat / yacht converted cutter, equipped with masts and sails and a beautiful, slow running marine diesel, fully certified. The main cabin is very spacious, to one side of the cabin is a nice galley. The ship is equipped with many storage options in drawers and cupboards. On the other side of the cabin is a corner sofa and behind it a double bed has been built in, again with plenty of storage space. In addition there is a well equipped head compartment with separate shower. At the rear of the cabin is a separate cabin with a double bed. Through a short corridor you can enter the wheelhouse, with ample seating space and a beautiful view. In the hallway is also access to the engine room. Behind the cockpit is a separate room suitable for storage of tools etc. On the foredeck is a hatch that gives access to a space with even more storage possibilities. The bow thruster is also built in here. The large Stork Ricardo marine diesel is centrally positioned in the engine room. There is a lot of equipment around it, everything is new or in very good condition. A large generator, needed to supply the main engine with compressed air when starting up and charging the batteries. A hydraulic pump, lubricating oil pump, compressed air cylinders, etc.

Outside are easy to walk on gangways, from the anchor winch fore and behind a round bench sheltered by the sun deck at the back. Davids for hoisting a dinghy (not included) are at the back.

Broker's comments: From outside this boat looks remarkable, but if you look closer you will see that everything is well thought out. This has resulted in a very comfortable ship excellent for living on board. Furthermore, the ship is in impeccable condition and fully surveyed w. inspection report.
