Ex-professional patrol ship - V87 Avesant - SOLD

Former RWS-Westerscheldt patrol vessel, equipped with towing and extinguishing equipment. Largely in its original state and therefore not yet converted into a yacht. One of a series of 4 identical ships, but this ship has the most extensive equipment. Large wheelhouse with sofa and table, small galley and single cabin.

Accommodation is limited, but can be extended by dividing the present space in two cabins and utilizing space under the gangways and also use the forward storage room where it is a possibility to make an extra spacious sleeping cabin, so that 3 spacious cabins can be realized. The engine room is professionally equipped with, among other things, a heavy-duty 8-cyl Stork Werkspoor main engine with only a few operating hours, plus further equipment including three generators. The main engine can possibly be equipped with a turbo with intercooler which increases the power (but also the fuel consumption). The ship now has a range of approximately 4000 km and consumes 24 l/h at cruising speed.

Documentation:

- All original construction drawings and schemes in format A1, with Instruction.

- All manuals for the various tools and installations.
- An extensive Manual of the ship including photographs and diagrams, list of drawings ( 18.03.2018)
- Community inland navigation certificate for inland waterway vessels Certificate number SI 10873C
Zones 2, 3 and 4 Netherlands, Rhine, Waal and Lek. This certificate is valid until 15-06-2024.
- Registration number HN 8089,Ship number 02014440

Construction and conservation:

Ship steel welded, underwater jogged 7/8 mm,
Hull ship from the waterline blasted and painted with different layers of two component paint from Sigma. Submersible two-component tar/epoxy plus anti-fouling.
Decks: mono-urethane Epifanes. Last at the shipyard for maintenance June 2017 in Urk.
The ship is in good condition.

Broker's comments: Well-maintained service vessel, can continue to serve as a management or inspection vessel for many years to come. Suitable as an expedition ship for adventurous sea trips. A detailed technical description and a full manual is available.
