Columbus Kotter 41 (2003-2005) - Sold

A Columbus Cutter is known for her sturdy construction and excellent sailing characteristics, making her suitable for longer trips and stays on board. The centrally regulated hot-air heating in combination with the excellent hull insulation ensure that the boat is comfortable in winter and remains pleasantly cool in summer, making it suitable for longer stays on board.

This boat, finished by the current first owner, is fully equipped for a two-person stay. Forward is the double bed in the lockable sleeping cabin with French bed. Behind it to port is the electric toilet with a hot water bidet facility, with separate shower cabin. To starboard is the well-equipped galley. Further aft is the table with two benches. Outside is then the fully lockable spacious cockpit with steering position and ample seating and walking space. The gangways are easily accessible.

The vessel has a CE-C classification and is suitable for spacious waters. The hull has a long keel that can be partially filled with water ballast. The hull is shaped so that it can be made suitable as a motorailor and can then go to sea with some modifications. The economical diesel engine and spacious 400-litre diesel tanks give this vessel a large sailing range. Hull completed 2003, first launched 2005.
